Fashion Foul ups at the Met Gala.

Having seen these photos from the Met Gala (fashion’s BIG night) you’d have to wonder if designers such as Givenchy, Tom Ford and Stella McCartney stuck on a blindfold and ripped out their sense of style as soon as they got the nod that they were dressing the fabulous Beyonce, Rihanna and Cameron Diaz.
Beyonce who generally tends to rock it in all her curvaceous beauty, looks like a fat man in a wig, who got short changed at the charity shop when they took the underskirt from the dress they got donated and sold it as a separate in order to double the profits. Thanks Givenchy.
And Rihanna looks like she may have spent too much time in the reptile house in Dublin Zoo. Maybe her being rushed to the hospital after the event happened as a result of seeing herself in the mirror. Thanks Tom.
Cameron Diaz – she always looks well right? Until Stella McCartney got her hands on her and re-made her into an homage to King Midas with a heavy gold lamé approach. Nice one Stella. Also – what’s with the ‘Something About Mary’ hairstyle?
And then, as if in divine retribution for all the celeb fashion fails, designer Mark (the man) Jacobs showed up in all his own designer glory. Yep, that’s a sheer lace get-up over a pair of boxers. Obviously, there is a lot to take in with this outfit, but my favourite part is the shoes. Or the clutch. No the shoes, definitely the shoes. *shudder*
